Terms of Service

INKLY is operated by Sehej Vir Singh Guleria. Our registered address and contact route are on the contact page. “We” and “us” mean that entity; “you” means the person or organisation using INKLY.

INKLY helps you write, schedule and publish LinkedIn content. Paid plans add two always-on agents: one drafts posts in your voice, the other places approved drafts on a calendar.

Nothing is published without your approval. The agents draft and schedule; they never post to LinkedIn on their own unless you explicitly enable auto-approval.

Output is generated by third-party AI models and can be wrong, generic, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing anything you publish under your name.

You may use the free tier without an account. Connecting LinkedIn is optional and uses LinkedIn's OAuth — we never ask for your LinkedIn password.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. You are responsible for activity under your session, and for keeping your device and LinkedIn account secure.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Credit packs are one-time purchases that add posts and images on top of your daily allowance. They do not expire while your account is active, and they are not a subscription.

We may change prices. An existing subscription keeps the price it was taken out at until you cancel or change plan; we will tell you before a renewal at a different price.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Card, UPI and netbanking details are entered on Razorpay and never reach INKLY servers.

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You authorise us, through Razorpay, to charge your chosen method for each renewal.

If a renewal payment fails, your access continues for 3 days while collection is retried. After that the account returns to the free tier. Nothing you have written is deleted when this happens.

7-day free trials are not currently offered. If we reintroduce them, the terms will be stated at the point you start one.

You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refund terms are set out in full on the refund & cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.

You agree not to use INKLY to:

• Generate or publish unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or harassing content
• Impersonate another person or organisation
• Produce spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or engagement farming at scale
• Break LinkedIn’s User Agreement or API terms — doing so can get your LinkedIn account restricted, not just ours
• Reverse engineer, resell, or resell access to the service
• Circumvent plan limits, quotas, or billing

We can suspend or close an account that breaches this section. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why first.

You own what you write. We claim no ownership of your drafts, posts, images, or the material you upload to your library.

You grant us only the licence needed to run the service for you: storing your drafts, sending prompts to AI providers to produce output, and publishing to LinkedIn when you ask us to. We do not train models on your content, sell it, or show it to other users — see privacy.

INKLY is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not promise a specific uptime, and features can change. Third-party dependencies — LinkedIn, Razorpay, AI providers — can fail or change their terms in ways outside our control.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to INKLY is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, reputational harm, or consequences of content you chose to publish.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You can stop using INKLY at any time. We can end or suspend your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service — in which case we will refund any unused portion of a prepaid period.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms. Material changes affecting paid subscribers will be notified before they take effect. Continuing to use INKLY after that means you accept the new terms.
